"It's all in the flavour, really. Our cooking emphasizes on texture and quality, foreign foods have different things." Lots of different things, too. "There're people who use spicy sauce, sour sauce, all kinds of them."

"It's mostly an 'each to their taste' sort of thing here, though. Sometimes we have foreign food days, you'd be able to try them then."
