local saniwa ruins everything

I. shopping

a) [ azusa was in one of those spending moods today. when's the last time he'd gone out shopping with the swords? ( more like whens the last time he was allowed--) at any rate, since the citadel was getting low on supplies he took it upon himself to drag off the first person in sight with him to go supply shopping, list in hand and everything.

of course, once they got there that list was quickly forgotten upon noticing some colorful displays with nice fashion. he's looking intently at the shining accessories and clothes with silky fabrics. grabbing onto the person's arm, he grins. ]

Hey, do... you want this? You do right? So if I buy it, it'll be a justified purchase, right? [ as his grip tightens his face looks like it's saying something along the lines of: please say yes! ]

b) [ well, this shopping trip has definitely derailed from what it was originally for. since he's just so good at persuasion he's managed to convince his shopping pal to try on clothes with him. ...wasn't this a supply run?

ANYWAY, once they're both out of the changing room he takes a good look at the other and... ] Ew, what is that? No no, go change. Those colors don't match at all! We're trying to look fashionable, not like weird street performers! (no chill) Alright, here, try this instead. [ quickly, he shoves a separate set of clothes into their arms before they could say anything else. ]

II. Repairs

[ well! that was an eventful expedition. everyone got all scratched and banged up from the looks of it. seems like azusa is going to have to change his strategy, but that's for another time. right now he has to take care of all those wounds. leaving himself for last because...ok look, he's fine--it's not because he hates the antiseptic products or anything. that open wound on his shoulder can heal up on its own. yeah right.

as the first person shows up to be treated he pulls out the bandages and medicine from the kit and takes their hand quickly dabbing at the scratches. ]

This is gonna sting a little, but it'll be over soon. I'll be as gentle as possible m'kay? ( practice what you preach azusa... )

[ with medical pliers in hand he'll make sure to pull out any splinters or tips of arrows in any of the wounds before cleaning and bandaging. ]

My idea was pretty bad, huh? I went and got you guys all ruined like this haha, sorry. I'll think of something else next time. I know, I'll get you guys new accessories as an apology. Sound good? Ah, if I miss any wounds tell me. If you're feeling nauseous, also tell me! I won't be able to tell from just looking.

III. Forging

[ As soon as he returned home he set everything down and scurried to the forgery. ] Nyaha! a new friend is home, Gotta make sure they feel welcomed! [ As he opens the doors the first thing he does is pull up the two outfits he had waiting just for them.]

Good afternoon!...No, wait--Good evening! This is for you. Tell me, which one of these do you like better? [ ah yes, the azusa ritual of gifting each new sword with a brand new pair of clothes. ]

It's important to know where your tastes lie.

IV. Omiyage

[ Finally, he's home and with tons of treasures from that supply hunt. He picked out most of these with someone in mind--now he just has to give these to everyone. It's just one of those gift-giving days and he wants to show gratitude so! ]

Hey! If you're sleeping wake up! I'm home and I brought gifts--they're not dead this time. So I'll get lots of pats on the head right? You should praise me! In return, I'll also pat and praise you Nyahaha! It's a win win.

[ as he says that he goes around passing his gifts to everyone expectantly waiting to be pet or something of the like. ]

Ah, Master --

[ This is one aspect of his Saniwa that he'll never quite get used to. Maybe because Ichigo himself is a more humble type of sword, but being showered with gifts (most of the time new clothes) gives him a bit of an indescribable feeling. Well, he understands that his Saniwa and Master simply wants to show his affections and appreciations like this, right?

STILL! Ichigo always seems a little bit hesitant to accept them but likewise, can't refuse something from his master. ] Thank you for thinking of me, I'll take care of this.

[ He wants to be patted and praised too so the sage will soon get head pats and praises from Ichigo "big brother of 13 other Awataguchi" Hitofuri. He's kind of used to this part at least! ]

[ Sadamune always loves to go shopping, especially with his master! Although, getting stuck in the clothes shopping and fashion void is dangerous - that means they're going to be stuck here for hours basically.

But he looks at allllll the clothes, his master's grip, then back at the clothes... Back at his master, finally. His expression curious. ]

As long as we're spending our money extravagantly there is no need to justify any purchase! [ So Sadamune thinks. Now, he's going to take a guess! ]

Ah, ahhh Master, do you want to buy some new clothes? If you want to you should've just said so! We must go in style, of course! Didja find something cool?

[ Eh? Kogitsunemaru turns his head, staring at his Master with piqued interest. Gifts are always appreciated, especially for a sword who would have been collecting offerings from a shrine if he didn't get held up into the sky and zapped by a bolt of lightning. ]

I thought you could put this camera to good use. You have so many brothers--it'd be nice to take pictures of fun moments with them, with this you'll be able to come back to those memories! Why don't you try taking one, It can be of anything.

[Waking up in a new place is always disorienting, but Doudanuki is probably more accustomed to it than the other swords. He's got the advantage of being able to open his eyes and take in the information from the other swords in his line; ones already working at other citadels with other saniwa fighting other battles. So when he wakes up at this citadel, he feels like he should have a pretty good grasp on what to do from here on out.

A) Get his sword sharpened
B) Punch some people in the face
C) ???
D) Profit for the saniwa and history??

Pretty simple. Lots of fighting. Good to go!

But best laid plans tend to fall apart in a second when made by the dumbass sword who only cares about fighting. He did not expect to have his saniwa shove clothes at him and ask him to choose, which is why he just stares blankly at Azusa for a second. Then he looks at the clothing - both of which have waaaaay too much color and style for him - before shoving them back at Azusa.]

[Aka armored to the teeth and lacking any sort of normal shirt. Shirts are sacrilege!!!]

[ As a Saniwa who cares a big deal about strategy, getting a new sword just means broadening his options, so as always, he's appreciative of every new sword that he crosses paths with. ]

[THEY DEFINITELY DO. It's not a good habit at all, going out and coming back basically empty-handed with the exception of cute clothes and jewelry...

[If he were any other sword, he might actually take offence at being told he has no taste. As it stands though, he can't really deny that he doesn't have any real taste in clothes. He knows what he likes and that's just whatever is comfortable and easy to fight in.

Despite being a new sword in the citadel, Sadamune has seen the "selfies" around everywhere - especially on the fridge. There's a big grin on his face. ]

A selfie... I have yet to take one with Master. I suppose I have to make my"self" look as cool as possible for this so I can also join the fridge, hehehe...

[ You just made his day Azusa. Sadamune rushes off to get an outfit in his size. It doesn't take too long, but after a few trials and errors of putting the outfits up to his body to infer which size will fit him he comes back. With a brief wave to Azusa, he disappears into the changing room.

AND BAM! HE COMES OUT! AS STYLISH AS EVER. ]

Look, Master! It fits! Whatdya think? Super stylish, right?

Only the coolest selfies end up on the fridge so make sure that you do! Though I don't think that'll be too hard for the cool and stylish Taikogane Sadamune.

[ Once Sada's out, he takes a good look and....he's clapping! As expected it suits Sada perfectly too! He's like a proud parent right now honestly? ]

Woow! Sada, look at you! [ a quick nod. ] Yeah, way stylish. Even your feather accessories compliment it! You'll make everyone jealous with that, definitely definitely. [ Before he knows it He'll have his phone out. ] Alright....Sada come here and strike your best pose with me!

[Just ONE selfie won't be enough of course, they're here and looking real cool so get ready for 400 more?! Suddenly this is becoming a photoshoot! Azusa mom who takes too many picturestm the saniwa]

[ HONESTLY THOUGH. They've got no one to blame but themselves, and the fact that Azusa can't focus on a singular thing for more than...2 minutes. ]

Ah, yeah you're right! What if we got too many and they went out of style the next day, that'd be awful wouldn't it? [ THATS his concern? ...Well, it's reasonable. He's totally okay with trying things on instead of buying so for now, the evil is defeated. ]

Okay, what do you think--opinions time, chain cuff earrings...or small hoops? [ He'll turn to Kashuu with one of each on his cat ears. Honestly? It's probably a funny sight. Particularly the chain earring that doesn't quite settle well on his ear. He loves these, but he can never quite get them on right. ]
